Great staff, especially Kerry at the bar who made my partner's birthday special with a complimentary dessert. Enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of choices. The hotel had a good-sized pool and a lovely jacuzzi, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The evening meal was a bit disappointing, with overcooked chicken and limited vegetables. The bar and restaurant were also quite overpriced.

Great location near Rugby and Northampton, perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. . the refurbished rooms were clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. the leisure complex with a pool and gym was a bonus, although I didn't have time to use it.
Customer service was lacking, with staff being lazy and unhelpful. . the cleanliness of the changing rooms was subpar, with dirt running into the drains.
